Golden light, slow evenings,
hearts aligned in faith and love,
my favorite season is this life with you.
You are the calm in my chaos and the strength I lean on without ever having to ask. I don’t take the quiet mornings or the messy, beautiful days for granted. I built this little book because some things are too big for a text message: how proud I am of you as my partner and the heart of our home, how in awe I am watching you raise our three wonderful children, and how sure I am that I chose the right person to stand beside me. Sharing our Catholic faith and the sacrament we said yes to is still the deepest “I do” I get to live every day.

Today our three wonderful children and I celebrate you — my partner, my rock, my one and only. I pray God blesses you today — your health, your heart, our marriage, and our home — and that this year gives you back every ounce of light you pour into our family, and then some.
